CNOOC Shell Nanhai Petrification Engineering
CNOOC Shell Nanhai Petrification Engineering is built by CNOOC, Royal Dutch Shell PLC and Guangdong Province with investment of $4,200million. Based in Dayawan in Huizhou, Guangdong, it is a united petrification factory of world-class and one of the biggest joint projects in China.
It mainly includes 800,000t ethylene per year, 320,000t ethylene glycol per year, 450,000t polyethylene per year, 240,000t polypropylene per year, and 560,000t styrene and 250,000t epoxypropare and other production set and supporting public engineering and facilities.
In May 2006, our company successfully bid the meter and control cable contract and became the main supplier for meter control and compensation cable and was responsible for cable selection, design, production, and payment. The high quality and good service have won great approval.

Dushanzi Petrochemical Company 10million tons oil refining and
1.2million tons ethylene restructure and expend engineering
On 17th August 2006, our company successfully bid the biggest petrol project so far in China--Xinjiang Dushanzi processing Kazakhstan sour crude and ethylene technology improvement meter cable and compensation wire framework contract (MIV protective umbrella protocol), which is an another breakthrough after Shell Nanhai Petrification Engineering.
As it was a long term framework contract, the cables in Dushanzi project were all supplied by Changzhou Bayi Cable Co., Ltd. in three years since the bidding.
The project includes 10million tons oil refining and 1.2million tons ethylene remoulding of 27,200million yuan, including 20 sets oil refining equipment and 12 sets of chemical instrument. As the largest petrification project in China, it is to be finished in 2008.
For its unique geographical position with long day time and cold winter, the cables should be of high quality. Relying on many years special cable production experiences, the company developed a kind of special cable which can resist UVA and -40℃ low temperature. It satisfies the customer needs fully and shows the strength of the company. The company got the title of Excellent Service Supplier issued by Dushanzi Petrochemical Company.

Bayer MDI TRAIN project
The 350,000t per year MDI/TDI project built by Bayer (Shanghai) Polyurethane Co., Ltd. is located at Caojing Chemical Industrial Area in Jinshan District in Shanghai with investment of $1,290million, being one of the three main projects in first session of Shanghai Chemical Area. Bayer MDI TRAIN is the leading set of Bayer MDI/TDI project, including NAU, HCL, MDA/UAT, IBL.CTO, NB/TDZ&ANL, MEXT, OBL&infra, BPS, SPC/BPA, LOG2, COMP of 16 sets.
The whole project will be finished at the end of 2008 and be put into use in 2009. Then it will be the largest polyurethane raw material production base in the world with advanced technology and high cost benefits.
Relying on good cooperation experiences with international petrification company and abundant meter control cable production experiences, our company bid all the meter cables and control cables of 16 sets in MDI TRAIN project on 26th December 2006 and signed framework protocol with Bayer (Shanghai) Polyurethane Co., Ltd.

Qinshan Second Session Extension Project
On 8th June 2007, the company bid Qinshan Nuclear Power Second Session Extension Project Meter Cable, which is the continuity of the first and second session of Qinshan Nuclear Power.
The first session of Qinshan Nuclear Power Station is the first 300,000kw PWR nuclear power station in China, which is designed, constructed and operated independently by ourselves. It was put into use in April 1994. The second session of Qinshan Nuclear Power Station is the first 20,000×650,000kw business PWR nuclear power station in China, which is designed, constructed, managed and operated independently by ourselves. The two sets were put into use in 15th April 2002 and 3rd May 2004 respectively.

Lingdong Nuclear Power Station (the second session of Lingao Nuclear Power Station)
The second session of Lingao Nuclear Power Station is the third large business nuclear power station built on Dayawan Nuclear Power Station and the first session of Lingdong Nuclear Power Station by China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group. It is beside Dayawan Nuclear Power Station and the first session of Lingdong Nuclear Power Station, which are under operation. The two planned sets of hundred kilowatt PWR nuclear groups were put into use in December 2005, which adopting the republication plus improvement technology of the first session of Lingao Nuclear Power Station. The planned construction period is about 60 months and the two groups will be put into use in 2010 and 2011 respectively. Through this project, we will speed up to master the technology of the second improvement hundred kilowatt nuclear power station and form basic design and production ability to build solid base for introduction, digestion and absorption of the third nuclear power technology.
The successfully delivery of the first session of Lingao Nuclear Power Station in 2000 built a solid base for Lingdong Nuclear Power Station. The company bid the second session K3 grade control, cable measurement of Lingao Nuclear Power in 14th June 2006.

The second session of Pakistan Chashma Nuclear Power Station
The second session of Pakistan Chashma Nuclear Power Station is important cooperation project between China and Pakistan, which was signed on 4th May 2004. The two sides planned to build one 300,000kw nuclear group with investment of $600million for 81 months. China Zhongyuan Engineering Corporation, the subsidiary of CNNC, was responsible for the construction as a general contractor.
On 20th June, 2007, the company bid C-2 project safety shell 1E meter cable of China Zhongyuan Engineering Corporation.
On 18th January 2008, C2 sponsor added the IE control cable to our project. Then our company is responsible for all the following parts.

Tianwan Nuclear Power Station
Tianwan Nuclear Power Station is the largest cooperation project with Russia so far and was started to build in October 1999. The first session of the project include two PWR nuclear groups with single machine capacity of 1,060,000kw of 40 year service time and 14,000,000,000kw/h annual generated energy. On 17th May 2007, Jiangsu Tianwan Nuclear Power Station No.1 Group, the biggest single capacity in China, was put into use. And the No.2 group will be put into use in 2008. The completion of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station will become another large nuclear power base in China.
In May 2002, our company bid K3 meter cable of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station. And it is without any problems since being put into use.

Ericsson communication system
Our company has devoted ourselves to cable design and production for more than ten years. Since 1998, we have cooperated with Ericsson and realized Ericsson communication station cable and cable localization in China. Especially the Ericsson cable development made a breakthrough of traditional structure and technology of cable industry. We are the global supplier for Ericsson for strong technical research power and quality guaranteed system. In 2005, under the environmental protection policy, the company developed environmental protection TFL low smoke and halogen-free communication cable. And they are used in many Ericsson mobile stations with good status. Every year we sign large amount of procurement contracts with Ericsson.

On August 25, 2008, our company signed K3 for 10 million-kilowatt units in three projects in Liaoning Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant Phase I Project, Fujian Ningde Nuclear Power Plant Phase I Project, and Guangdong Yangjiang Nuclear Power Plant Phase I Project. Supply contracts for instruments, control cables and conventional instrumentation cables.
The signing of the contract set a record for the largest single contract amount in the company's history, and it has a milestone significance in the company's entire development history
